L'AMOUR's services are sensory and intimate in nature and are intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. By booking, you declare under your own responsibility that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to ask for ID when the service is provided and to cancel the appointment without refund if there is reasonable doubt about this requirement.

L'AMOUR provides relaxation, therapeutic and sensory massages at your address, performed by independent therapists who work with the brand. All services take place within a framework of mutual respect, consent and professionalism. Any request, conduct or suggestion by the client that goes beyond the booked service, or that amounts to harassment, abuse or disrespect towards the therapist, will end the session immediately without refund, without prejudice to any legal action.

Booking requests made through the website are subject to confirmation by our team, who will check the therapist's actual availability before the booking is final. You will receive confirmation on WhatsApp or the contact channel you provided.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge by contacting us at least two (2) hours before the scheduled time. Later cancellations, or not being at the given address at the agreed time, may incur a travel charge, which will be stated when you book.

Published prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include the duration stated for each service. Payment is made directly to the therapist at the end of the session, using the method chosen when booking (cash, bank transfer or card, subject to availability). Extra time or special options added on the day will be charged at the current rate given by the therapist.

The client is responsible for providing a private, safe and hygienic space for the service. L'AMOUR reserves the right to suspend a session, without refund, if the conditions of the place pose a risk to the therapist's safety.

The processing of personal data provided during booking is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

L'AMOUR exercises due diligence in selecting and training its therapists. Notwithstanding this, and to the extent permitted by Colombian law, we are not liable for damages arising from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client, nor for force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the service.

The content of this website — including text, logos, design and visual elements — belongs to L'AMOUR — Estética y Sentidos and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute over their interpretation or performance will be settled by the competent courts of Medellín, without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
